These are the screens. Use them

Not pictures and not impressions of one — each of these is drawn the way the real screen opens. Ring up a sale, send an order to the kitchen, or check a guest in, and watch what it moves. Say what kind of business you are and the system arranges itself around it, which is what these three are.

TakingsGHS 0.00
Profit, after landed costGHS 0.00

Profit uses what the goods actually cost you to get onto the shelf — the supplier's price plus the transport — not the invoice from the supplier alone.

The demo runs entirely in this page. Nothing is sent anywhere.

  • The sale is the record. Stock, takings, profit and the customer's balance all move from the one action. Nothing is retyped and nothing quietly disagrees.
  • Cost means landed cost. Transport is spread across a delivery — by value, or item by item when one thing took the whole lorry — so a margin is a real margin.
  • It keeps selling with no internet. Cut the line and carry on: the sale is kept on the device and goes up when the connection returns.
  • Quotations become invoices. One press turns an offer into a confirmed sale, takes the stock and starts the clock on what is owed.

The clock on each ticket runs fast here so you can watch the board turn amber and then red. In the kitchen it is real minutes.

  • The order leaves the table on its own. Sent from the floor, it is on the screen over the pass before the waiter has turned round — no docket, no shouting, no lost slip.
  • A table holds its order. Come back to it, add a round of drinks, and the bill is one bill at the end.
  • The kitchen answers back. Start, Ready, Served — the floor can see what is coming without going to ask.
  • It is the same system as the shop. Stock still moves, the books still post, and a bar and a kitchen can run on one till.

What check-in did

Nothing yet. Check somebody in on the desk beside this and it will be listed here.

  • The room is the record. Checking in takes the room off the board, starts the folio and puts the guest's name on it — one action, not four.
  • The door opens itself. Where smart locks are fitted, check-in issues the guest's own PIN for their dates, and it stops working when they leave.
  • Housekeeping sees it at once. A departure turns the room amber on their own screen, and it goes green again when they say it is done.
  • The bar bill lands on the room. Anything charged anywhere in the house goes to the folio, so check-out is one figure, already added up.
One system

Everything the day needs

A sale updates your stock, your books and your reports in the same moment. Nothing gets retyped, and nothing quietly disagrees.

Point of sale

Barcode scanning, split payments, held orders, refunds, and receipts straight to a thermal printer. A second screen can face the customer.

Stock that stays honest

Every sale moves stock. Batches and expiry dates, serial numbers and warranties, transfers between branches, and stocktakes that reconcile.

Real accounts

Proper double-entry underneath. Profit & loss, balance sheet, trial balance and a general ledger — posted as you trade, not typed up later.

Staff, payroll and shifts

Payslips with SSNIT and PAYE, attendance, and till shifts with an opening float and a counted close — so you know who was short, and by how much.

Sells while you sleep

An online store, orders over WhatsApp, and QR codes on the table so customers order for themselves without waiting to be seen.

The day, at close

Sales, best sellers and what needs reordering, sent to your phone by WhatsApp or email when you lock up — so you buy before you run out.

Buying, and what it really cost

Orders to suppliers, goods received against them, and the transport spread onto the goods it belongs to — by value, or item by item when one thing took the whole lorry. Your cost price is what it took to get on the shelf, so the margin is a real margin.

Quotations that become invoices

Send a customer a price. When they say yes, one press turns it into a confirmed invoice — it takes the stock, gets its number, and starts the clock on what is owed. No re-typing an order you have already written once.

Offers, vouchers and points

Run a discount, a buy-two-get-one, or a price for the week, and the till applies it without anyone remembering to. Gift vouchers and credit notes are spent like cash, and customers can earn points on what they actually pay.

Who owes you, and for how long

Credit sales, part payments and lay-by all land on the customer's balance. The debtors list shows what is outstanding and how old it is, so a bill that has been sitting for ninety days is not a surprise at month end.

Buying and selling in other money

Invoice a customer in dollars, or take a delivery priced in yuan, at the rate you agreed that day. Everything is converted once, on the way in, so one set of books holds every sale however it was quoted.

Floors and tables

Lay out your rooms and terraces the way they really are. See at a glance which tables are occupied, what they have ordered, and what they still owe.

Straight to the kitchen

Orders land on the kitchen screen the moment they are taken, or print at the station that cooks them. Starters to one, drinks to another, nobody shouting across the pass.

Scan to order

A QR code on every table. The customer reads the menu on their own phone and orders without waiting to be seen, and it arrives in the same queue as everything else.

Dine-in, takeaway, delivery

One menu, three ways of selling it. Each order knows which it is, so the kitchen, the receipt and the day's figures all treat it correctly.

Stock behind the bar

Every drink poured comes off the shelf. Know what is running low before service, not when a customer asks for it.

The night, at close

Takings, best sellers and what needs reordering, sent to your phone when you lock up — so tomorrow's order is made tonight.

The room board

Every room and what it is doing right now — free, occupied, arriving, leaving. The question a front desk is asked most, answered without opening anything.

Reservations and folios

Book, check in, check out. Everything the guest spends goes on the folio as it happens, so the bill at the door is already correct.

Housekeeping that keeps up

Rooms move from dirty to clean to inspected as the work is done. Staff see only their own list, and the desk knows what is ready to sell.

Doors that open themselves

Check a guest in and their door code is issued to the smart lock there and then, good for their stay and no longer. You can see every door that opened, and when.

Your own booking website

A proper site on your own domain, taking bookings directly. Choose a design, put your rooms and photographs on it, and stop paying commission on every guest.

Calendars that agree

Rooms you sell elsewhere stay in step with the ones you sell yourself, so the same night is not sold twice.

Whichever you are, you also get real double-entry accounts, staff, payroll and till shifts, multiple branches, and a till that keeps working when the internet doesn't.

Getting started

Trading by this afternoon

Most shops are selling on the same day they sign up.

Bring your list over

Upload the spreadsheet you already keep. Products, prices, cost, opening stock and customers all come across, and anything the sheet says that we can't read is named on screen rather than dropped in silence.

Set up your counter

Add your staff and what each may do. Plug in a receipt printer and a barcode scanner if you have them — or start on the laptop you already own.

Start selling

Ring the first sale. Stock moves, the books post, and the day's figures are waiting for you at closing time.

Made to fit

Set up for your kind of business

Say what you are when you sign up, and the system arranges itself around it — different screens, different words, the right tools.

Retail & Pharmacies

Shops, supermarkets and pharmacies alike. Retail, wholesale and trade prices on the same product. Credit customers with limits, multi-branch stock, barcode labels, and expiry tracking for medicines.

Restaurants & bars

Floors and tables, orders straight to the kitchen screen, dine-in, takeaway and delivery, and a QR code on every table for scan-to-order.

Hotels & guest houses

Room board, reservations and folios, housekeeping, smart-lock door codes issued at check-in, and your own booking website on your own domain.

Rentals & services

Hire equipment out by the day, see what's on loan and what's due back, and invoice for work done rather than goods sold.

Anyone selling on credit

Who owes what, for how long, and a statement you can send them. Layby and part payments handled without a separate notebook.

More than one branch

Stock and takings per branch, transfers between them, and one set of books across the lot. Staff see only their own counter.

When the network goes

The till doesn't stop because the internet did.

Most systems become a blank screen the moment the line drops — with customers still standing there. This one keeps taking money.

  • Sales are recorded on the device first, then sent
  • Your products and prices are already on the machine
  • Receipts still print
  • The screen says plainly that you're offline, and how many sales are waiting
  • Within seconds of the connection returning, everything uploads by itself
Pricing

Six months free. Then pay for what you are.

There is no plan to choose. A hotel needs a front desk and a shop does not, so you pay for what your business actually is — you say which at signup and your price follows from it. Pay by mobile money or card, cancel whenever.

Install it

Put MAK on the counter.

The web version needs nothing installed — it runs in any browser. These are for the till itself: they keep working when the internet does not, and sync the moment it comes back.

Android will warn you first

Because this comes from us and not from the Play Store, Android asks permission before installing it. Tap More details then Install anyway, or allow your browser to install unknown apps when it asks. That warning is normal for an app installed directly.

Windows will warn you first

Windows shows “Windows protected your PC” for any program it has not seen many times before. Click More info, then Run anyway. We would rather tell you to expect it than have you wonder whether something is wrong.

Not sure? Open it in your browser first — same system, nothing to install.

Questions

Before you sign up

What happens after the six months?

You keep your data and the system keeps working, on a free plan that warns you past ten transactions a day. Nothing is deleted, nothing is locked, and you can subscribe whenever it suits.

Can I move what I already have into it?

Yes — upload the spreadsheet you keep now and your products, prices, cost prices, opening stock and customers come across. If a column can't be read, the screen names it rather than quietly ignoring it.

Does it really work without internet?

Yes, for selling. Sales are written to the device first and uploaded by themselves when the connection returns. You'll see plainly when you're offline and how many sales are waiting.

What do I need to buy?

Nothing to begin with — it runs in a browser on the computer or phone you already have. A thermal receipt printer and barcode scanner make the counter faster, and both are supported when you're ready.

Can my staff see everything?

No. Reports, accounting and payroll are for managers and owners. Cashiers see the till and their own shift. Price changes, refunds and anything destructive are recorded against whoever did it.

Is my data mine?

Yes. Export your products, customers and a full backup whenever you want, in formats that open in any spreadsheet. There's no lock-in and no fee to leave.

How do I pay?

Mobile money or card, from inside the app. Monthly or yearly — yearly is cheaper.

Start today, decide later.

Six months of everything, free. Bring your list over in a few minutes and be selling this afternoon.
